Care That Grows
A front desk grows one plant, and the plant keeps the score. A quiet series about small, steady care, at the speed a CSR can actually keep up with.
Quiet Care

There is a plant on the front desk. It is not decor. It is the one living thing in the building whose care fits inside a shift: a check of the soil, a turn toward the light, water on Tuesdays.
Every episode of Care That Grows is one small beat in that plant's life, told the way the desk actually lives it. No crisis. No speech. Just care, growing at a pace the person giving it can survive.
The episodes
Episode 1: Quiet Care
The pothos arrives at the desk. Why one living thing, in the middle of the phones and the charts.
Episode 2: The Watering Round
Watering as the two-minute reset between calls. The round is scheduled, like a callback list.
Episode 3: New Leaf Watch
A new leaf shows up on a hard week. Growth as quiet proof that slow things still move.
Episode 4: Turn It Toward the Light
Rotating the plant so it grows even. Small adjustments, same plant, nobody makes a speech about it.
Episode 5: Propagate and Pass It On
Rooting a cutting in a water glass for the new hire's desk. Care multiplies; the desk teaches the desk.
Episode 6: Still Growing in Winter
The quiet season. The plant rests, the light changes, and resting counts as part of growing.
How the series runs
Each episode appears as a five-slide carousel on the Facebook page and a longer note here on the blog. New episodes land every two weeks, plant pace.
